Fuck Avis

Well I asked for an adventure, and got one! I’m in portland for two days and planned on driving down the coast, so I reserved a car and my mom wanted to pay for the rental as an early xmas present, so I booked it with her card. I went to pick up the rental car, and they said I couldn’t use someone else’s card. I had to use my own. I didn’t bring mine, so I said ok, well I’ll just use my debit card. They don’t take debit cards. Or cash. I talked to the manager, blah blah blah… NOPE. So they say Enterprise is the only other place that does one-way. I go to them and they’re sold out and also only take credit cards. 😡. So now I’m stranded in Portland, and I can’t do my road trip.. I should have driven Stomp. Whatever… Sooo, not one to panic, I simply shifted gears and said ok, what are my options? Well, I’m at an airport, so I can fly. So I call my buddy in Vegas who’s also going to WW, and say hey, can I ride with you? He says yea, of course, so I buy a cheap ticket for today to Vegas via Seattle. So I’m spending the day at the airport, and I’ll be in Vegas tonight. How’s that for an adventure? 😆 oh yea, Fuck you Avis. You ruined my west coast road trip.
