I woke up on the side of the highway, at a good pulloff spot for truckers and travelers. Just me and a bunch of big rigs. First thought; change the fuel filter! Stomp was running like shit when we parked, and I think that's why. I bought a new filter yesterday so time to do it! Easy enough, ten minutes later I was on the road! Already better... I definitely got some really bad gas.. the gas that came out of the old filter was actually dirty. I figured there was still some crap in the tank, so I ran it nearly empty a few times to hopefully get the crap out of the tank, and after that it ran like a dream all day long!!! I saw a real cowboy, fake dinosaurs 🦕, and hundreds of miles of open road!! Wound up in Albuquerque, NM. Can't wait for tomorrow.. only 6-1/2 hours to Flagstaff!
